Most appetite suppressants essentially add fiber to your diet. One such suppressant is Appesat, which I have reviewed previously. As part of that review, I recommended another hoodia product, UniqueHoodia, instead of Appesat for plenty of reasons stated on my previous article, one of which is that UniqueHoodia is much cheaper. However, you can get your fiber to boost your diet from other cheaper, healthier sources.
High-fiber cereals that are sold aplenty in all supermarkets boast of keeping suppressing your appetite by keeping you full until lunch. Fiber acts as a natural appetite suppressant, and with a few changes to your diet, you can increase your fiber intake to lose weight. I personally recommend making bite-sized, manageable changes to your diet, rather than a big, radical one.
